Super RTL
Super RTL is a German free-to-air television network owned by RTL Disney Television Limited Partnership (German: RTL Disney Fernsehen GmbH & Co. KG), a joint venture between RTL Group and The Walt Disney Company's Disney International Operations. Each partner owns 50% of the channel.
Formerly a combination of RTL Television and The Disney Channel, it was launched in 1995 as a joint venture between RTL Group predecessor company CLT-UFA and Disney's Buena Vista International Television Investments division.
