Established in Hong Kong on oct. 17, 2011, asia pacific first satellite television (onetv) is the fourth satellite channel in the Hong Kong region to broadcast in mandarin. The major shareholder of Asia-Pacific No. 1 Satellite TV Media Group belongs to Contemporary Media Holding Group.

The main channel of One TV, Asia Channel, was launched on May 6, 2013.
