First channel launched in Ankara on November 1, 1992 with a message logo;Trabzon, Istanbul, Izmir and Bursa began making the same regional publications, and launched these publications in conjunction with Black Links in Istanbul on December 25, 1994, with the Meltem TV logo.Turkey has launched its first cultural channel.In 1996, the first digital satellite publication launched in Turkey was the channel, which focused on cultural values.Next to the Brother Channel Message TV,The Meltem Radio channel is another brother channel.Owner is Dr. Haydar Head.
